Mobile notary services throughout Columbia, McDuffie, and Richmond counties, Georgia.
Notarial fees in Georgia are generally capped at $2 per notarial act. Military members and veterans with valid identification confirming their military or veteran status receive our discounted rate of $1 per notarial act. Dispatch, travel, and additional service fees are billed separately.
Please confirm with the facility’s administration that on-site notarization and visitor access are permitted before booking. Booking fees are non-refundable.
The signer must be alert, willing to sign, and able to understand the signing. If these conditions are not met, Donnie The Notary cannot complete the notarization.
Travel Fee — $30-$40
Columbia County: $30
McDuffie County: $40
Richmond County: $40
After-Hours Dispatch Fee — $10
Weekend Dispatch Fee — $10
Hospital / Hospice / Assisted Living Visits
$25 for the first hour, plus $25 for each additional hour. Travel and dispatch fees are charged separately and are not included in this appointment fee.
I-9 Verification — $25 per Employee
Donnie The Notary can assist with Form I-9 verification when designated by your employer as its authorized representative. This service does not include notarization. Travel and dispatch fees are charged separately.
Witness Fee — $25 per Witness
Witnesses provided by Donnie The Notary cost $25 each. You may provide your own witness at no additional witness charge. Please confirm witness requirements with us before your appointment.
